The Buds Rehabilitation Centre, functioning under the leadership of Ramapuram Grama Panchayat, works towards developing the educational, social, and vocational skills of children and young people with disabilities and ensuring their comprehensive rehabilitation. The centre provides appropriate training and services for individuals who require special care and support, including those with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. Through educational training, life skills development, physiotherapy, speech therapy, vocational training, and arts and sports activities, the centre aims to enhance the confidence, independence, and self-reliance of its beneficiaries. The training programmes provided at the centre help bring persons with disabilities into the mainstream of society and improve their quality of life. In addition, necessary guidance and counselling services are provided to parents and caregivers. With the cooperation of all sections of society, the Buds Rehabilitation Centre continues its activities with the aim of providing equal opportunities and better living conditions for persons with disabilities.
